1 box spice cake mix
Eggs, vegetable oil, and/or other ingredients, as called for in cake mix directions
1 30 (fl.) oz. bottle SMITH’S Premium Eggnog
1 cup powdered sugar
1 half-teaspoon vanilla extract
1 half-cup pecans, toasted and chopped
Prepare the spice cake mix according to the package directions, substituting an equal amount of SMITH’S Premium Eggnog for the water. Bake in a prepared bundt pan according to package directions. Let cake cool to room temperature. In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar and vanilla extract with 2 to 3 tablespoons of SMITH’S Premium Eggnog; drizzle glaze over the cake. Sprinkle with the toasted pecans. Slice and serve.
